The Help Desk provides free tech support and troubleshooting help with your computing needs, including common questions about Canvas, Zoom, Piazza, Kaltura, and all other UW-Supported learning technologies. Reach the Help Desk by phone, email, chat, or in-person at 1210 W. Dayton Street. Use the Dayton Street entrance and the Help Desk is located through the first doorway to the right.
