The Exchange Teaching Network is a light and flexible framework for peers to pursue teaching excellence together. The network features research, examples and quotes from peers in L&S, opportunities for you to reflect and contribute, and questions to guide reflection and discussion.

The L&S Instructional Design Collaborative is committed to advancing the College of Letters & Science’s vision of learner-centered teaching excellence. We partner with instructors and academic departments, offering specialized expertise in evidence-based learning design, instructional technology, and media creation. We develop programming and outreach initiatives that extend the collective expertise and experience of the L&S teaching community, contributing to the advancement of effective, equitable, and enjoyable L&S learning experiences. Our work is rooted in a deep appreciation for the diversity of L&S and a firm belief in the value of collaborative relationships that enable reciprocal and continuous learning for all.
