About Antonella

Antonella (she/her) collaborates with instructors to use technology for teaching and learning. She consults with instructors and teaching teams on course, assignment and activity design for in-person, blended, and online courses. Antonella specializes in tool evaluation and integration, with a focus on matching instructors with the best tools to meet their and their students’ needs.

In her over 20 years of experience at UW Madison, Antonella has occupied the roles of graduate student, teaching assistant, lecturer, and academic staff member. She leverages all of these experiences to provide empathetic advice on pedagogy and technology. Even though Antonella holds advanced degrees in languages and literature, she has extensive experience and interest in supporting all disciplines. Antonella has worked in instructional technology roles within both L&S and the Wisconsin School of Business, in addition to teaching in the Departments of French & Italian and Slavic (now German, Nordic and Slavic), and guest lecturing in the Finance Department in the Business School.

In her free time Antonella enjoys spending time in nature with her family and their dog, cooking and baking her own sourdough bread, traveling, listening to music and basking in the sun.
